Chapter 1

Getting started

Recommended setup order to get up and running quickly – from choosing a plan to your first monitored store.

Overview

Getting started with Webshop-Radar takes about 15 minutes. The order matters — a couple of small setup decisions upfront save time later. This chapter walks you through the recommended sequence.

1. Register your account

Go to app.webshop-radar.com/register.php and create your agency account. You start on a 30-day trial with all add-ons active — no credit card required and no automatic charge at the end.

Trial behaviour. After 30 days, access is paused until you actively pick a plan. No stealth charges.

2. Choose a plan

You can stay on the trial for the full 30 days and pick a plan later. If you already know your usage:

  • Small — up to 20 installations, ideal for freelancers
  • Medium — up to 50 installations, common for smaller agencies
  • Pro — up to 100 installations, the sweet spot for most agencies
  • Ultimate — unlimited installations, all add-ons included

3. Create the Shopware integration

Before you add an installation, create a dedicated Shopware admin integration — see chapter 4. Use a role with the minimum required permissions; you almost never need admin rights.

4. Install the WebshopRadar plugin (optional but recommended)

For remote plugin updates and CLI actions, install the free WebshopRadar plugin from the Shopware Store — see chapter 5. Monitoring, PageSpeed and Uptime work without the plugin.

5. Add your first installation

Add the store you just prepared to the Webshop-Radar dashboard — see chapter 2. Within seconds you will see Shopware version, PHP version, plugin updates and status.
